We are seeking reliable, customer-focused Sales Associates who take pride in maintaining an elite environment. As a member of Team 62, you won't just be "working a job"—you’ll be the face of Honolulu’s premier TCG destination.
Your Daily Objectives:
Secure the Vault: Execute flawless opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and merchandise security.
The Wall of Grails: Support the organization and restocking of our massive glass wall and our six four-sided showcases.
Collector Relations: Assist our community with expert knowledge on Trading Cards.
Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment that would make your mother back in pallet town proud.

The perfect recruit has an iron will and a passion for the hobby. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment and ready to handle the rush of a Saturday Trade Night.
Qualifications:
Attention to Detail: You can spot a fake card from a mile away and a messy shelf from across the mall.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs of booster boxes (with assistance when needed).
Communication: Exceptional service skills to foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for our community.
Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency with computer and POS systems.

Job Title: Sales Associate

Classification: Hourly/Non-Exempt
Status: Part-Time/Full-Time

Space 62 Honolulu is a community-driven retail space focused on trading cards, collectibles, and hobby experiences. We provide a welcoming environment for collectors and gamers of all levels, combining curated products with engaging in-store events. Our mission is to create a clean, safe, and inclusive space where customers can connect and enjoy their passions.
About the Role
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Sales Associates to support daily store operations. This role emphasizes maintaining store cleanliness, ensuring security and policy compliance, and properly executing opening and closing procedures, while delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
Follow and execute all opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, store setup, and securing merchandise.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and loss prevention practices.
Assist customers with purchases, product knowledge, and recommendations.
Promote store events, sales, and trading card activities to enhance customer engagement.
Support the organization, restocking, and presentation of merchandise.
Monitor store activity and report any safety or security concerns.
Provide excellent customer service and foster a positive, inclusive store atmosphere.
Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately.
Communicate effectively with team members and management for daily operations and issue resolution.
This position may require additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail, especially in cleanliness and organization.
Ability to follow procedures consistently and responsibly.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Interest in collectibles or trading cards is a plus.
Physical Demands:
Employees must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, perform tasks that involve bending, reaching, and lifting, and maintain mobility in a retail environment.
Lifting and/or moving up to 30 lbs (or more with assistance) may be required.
